1. Refunds for Rentals
Cancellation Policy:
48+ Hours Before Event: Full refund of the rental fee.
24-48 Hours Before Event: 50% refund.
Less than 24 Hours Before Event: No refund.
Weather Conditions: In cases of extreme weather, customers may reschedule without penalty, subject to availability.
2. Returns and Refunds for Purchases
Return Period: Customers may return purchased items within 14 days of receiving the item.
Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees.
4. Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
